Rena is an app for documenting your own health: blood pressure, medications, hydration, meals, symptoms, medical records, appointments, tasks and notes. Everything is in one place and can be exported as a report for your doctor.

Rena will launch on the App Store for iPhone first. We'll announce the date here. If you'd like to test it early, get in touch via the support page.

No. Rena works fully without an account, in which case your data is stored only on your device. You only need an account if you want to sync your data across devices.

By default in a local database on your device. If you create an account and turn on sync, your entries are also transferred encrypted and stored with our cloud provider. See the privacy policy for details.

No. Rena helps you record and organise your health data. Blood pressure classification follows the ESH guidelines but is not a diagnosis. Always talk to your doctor about symptoms or unusual readings.

Yes. You can export a complete backup as a ZIP file at any time, including attachments. Rena also creates PDF reports for any date range you choose.

Yes, both are optional. Appointments can sync with Google Calendar and tasks with Google Tasks. From Apple Health, Rena reads steps, active calories and heart rate. Rena never writes data to Apple Health.

English, German, Italian, Spanish and French. Rena automatically follows your device language.

In the app under Settings → Account → Delete account. This deletes your account and all synced data in the cloud. Data on your device stays until you delete the app.
